Fresh Start Home Solutions was built on a simple idea: when someone's in a hard spot with their home, they deserve honest help first — and a fair deal only if it's truly their best option.
Most people meet a real estate investor at one of the most stressful moments of their life — facing a foreclosure, settling a parent's estate, ending a marriage, or just needing out from under a property that's become a burden. In those moments, what people need most isn't a pitch. It's someone who will sit down, tell them the truth, and help them see the whole board.
So that's what we do. We start every relationship by helping you understand your situation and all of your options — including the ones that don't make us a dime. Sometimes the right answer is selling your house to us. Sometimes it's a loan modification, listing with an agent, talking to an attorney, or simply waiting. We'll tell you what we'd do if we were in your shoes, and we mean it.
We're transparent that we're investors. It's how we keep the lights on and how we're able to offer fast, certain, as-is purchases when those are the best fit. But being an investor and being an advocate aren't at odds — and we've built our whole company to prove it.
